As bad as I hate to do it here goes my foot in mouth syndrome again.
The photos from Michae said something to me that may already be know to
the rest of yo. It appears with the twinning and all that that the
flounce is nothing more that a fall petal with inadiquat develoment as
if for some reason the bloom is trying to produce another petal. Could
enviremental conditions acouunt for this. I have a siberian hybrid here
called china spring i was looking at it yesterday and noticed it had
four falls. With a little closer observation I found that every other
