The anthers were dehydrated prior to being placed in air tight ampules to retard the occurrence of condensation. It is unlikely to occur in the containers interior after removal from the freezer provided they were sufficiently dehydrated prior to being placed inside. Condensation that does occur would be on the outside of the container or in the interior only when opening before allowing the ampule to reach the ambient temperature of it's surroundings.
