[SpaceAgeRobin] TB SA bloom

So far nearly all the TBs are having short stalks. This may be
because they need the beds rejuvenated. But I think more likely it's
due to the late frost. At that time the buds weren't apparent, but it
was enough to kill bloom fans on the ABs. I think the later TBs
weren't killed, but probably got a touch of freeze damage. I'm
thinking the SAs may well be short the appendages as a result, so I'll
be watching to see if the SAs bloom without them for the most part.
If many have them missing, then it will be interesting to see if those
that do have them have been those that have longer in the life of a
blooming clump.
