Sorry about garblin' the hybridizer. Thinkin' back there were two irises in that bed that impressed me greatly. One was Glowing Smile.
The other was Dural Snowflake (Grosvenor 1999). In fact I made a second 40 mile trip just to see the its bloom. It now grows here.
Even to a guy who calls hybriders heroes bloom names stick some better than the hybridizer's. My appologies to all.
