Re: Neil's bio data and Judge status

When I re-read what I'd said I realized my statement about status as Judge and RVP was unclear. 
 
I served a year as an "E" (exhibition) judge, then was appointed "G"-Garden Judge in the early 1960's and was still listed as an active "G" in the 1979 list.
 
I allowed my membership to lapse for some compelling reasons, ending my status of judge, either at the end of that year or within the next couple.  I served more than the fifteen years required now for "Master" status, for whatever that's worth.  That provision had not then been in place.
 
The "one year" reference was to the role of RVP only, from which I resigned as I knew it would not be possible for me to carry out the responsibilities in an orderly way over the two remaining years of my term.
