Sounding like a broken record

Hi everybody,

I hate to sound like a broken record but we need to make a better 
effort to delete the old messages when we respond.  Leaving in quotes or
portions of the text is just fine but all of these repetitive trailing
posts will take up space at Mallorn and make searching the database
tiresome.  Don't forget Neil's efforts to sift out this problem are
still ongoing as he gets prepared and organized to compose his AIS
bulletin article about SAGE.  

I know I'm not asking for too much here nor am I scolding anybody. We
simply get caught up in the topics and  forget.
