This is R 15-68, Happenstance X Power Woman: (Swingtown x Romantic Evening).  Just barely visible is the suggestion of a BSE.  The beard, as I recall does rest on a definite spine.  There is one pod set on this--from the 'Joyce Terry' type sib right of it.  Unfortunately, this one is quite tasty to Iris borer it appears.  I caught the larvae after it had badly damaged one of two fans, but the rhizomes are intact.  The branching on this one is also decent from how it looked this year.
 

 
This one is R 19-2: Power Woman X Fogbound, but is about halfway between the color of the seedling above and that of R 19-1 posted earlier.  The beard on this one also rides high (I think).  It does look that way from the photo also.
 
On the monitor the color appears consistent, varing only in shade. The falls are ruffled with the proper "pleating" near the hafts but those standards go beyond ruffled. Maybe "wavy" is a better term....
