Will,

This (4th seedling) really looks like a HUBBLE SPACE TELESCOPE
seedling, the magenta horn gives it away. I think the odd coloring is
probably from the Aril genes hiding in there some where. These
seedlings could be 1/4 breds.

One thing your seedlings are telling us is the both HUBBLE SPACE
TELESCOPE and THORNBIRD like to pass on their SA genes to the next
generations. THORNBIRD has always been the most fertile of my Irises
and germination has always been the best from its seeds.

No pregnant fans yet in my seedling patch yet but I found a few
swollen bases in one of my warm raised beds near the foundation of
the house. I really hope to have some of the success that you've had
this year, 5 years is a long time to stare at non blooming
seedlings :-0

If we can continue to share observations like you're doing here, SAGE
will be a success. Who else has seedlings to share ? They don't
have to be potencial Dykes winners.

Happy that it's hot now.
Chris
