Now you're talking Mike ! That it a fabulous
looking plant !!!! What is there not to like about it ? As I said
before many times, I get bored pretty easily and this "novelty" is just what the
doctor ordered to spruce of my iris bed. How does it grow and has it been
tested in colder gardens ?
" Just worked
out that way as neither of us are really trying to breed for
SAs."
I find this suprising, I thought you two were the
modern day pioneers in the field. Regardless, what an incredible intro
FINE MESS is. High 5 !!!!

intros
Hi Colleen,
Thanks for the reply, the yellow pink white one has some redeeming
qualities but it isn't as eye catching as the other. It is more
graceful and mellow so decided to intro it next year. In fact we
have a bunch of SAs coming out next year, I think the most ever for us
in one year. Props is a yellow SDB SA, Fine Mess is a broken
colored SA with 3, 4 or 5 falls and standards....truly a novelty
but I am still not sure I like it. George has 2 IB SAs coming out
and I think we have an additional 6 TB SAs next year. Just worked
out that way as neither of us are really trying to breed for SAs.
Attached is Fine Mess, maybe you all can talk me out of introing
it. :-)

Hi Mike
I instantly liked the
yellow and rosy-brown one. The other would possible have more limited
appeal. I think Iʼd have to see it for real.

Hi,
thought I would get all of your opinions on a couple of SAs
that we are thinking of introducing next year. What do you
all think of the two attached SAs? both have good
branching and bud count plus good to strong vigor, both have
very thick substance and are consistent with appendages and
form.
thanks for the input.
