Re: RE:INFO: archival material

Chris, what I am using is Times New Roman, 12-pt.  I think it is about universal and easy to read.  The 12-pt is a lot more comfortable for some of us slightly older folks than the 10-pt MS Word has as default.  If anyone wants to suggest a better choice than the Times New Roman, I can change it easily.

I have to be careful in editing, as blocks of print slip back to the 10-pt, and I haven't figured out how to set the default higher.  I'm sure there is a way--probably in "word.ini" or some such file.  If any of you know Word well enough to tell me how to do this, I'd sure appreciate it.  You can contact me off-line as I doubt the info would be of general interest.

I too find Bill B.'s long absence disconcerting.  I haven't read Mike's comment yet--I think he has stayed in touch with Bill through this crisis of a failed Hard Drive.
