Nesa,

You don't need to wait until the silks turn brown if you are harvesting for
baby corn. As soon as the silks appear, you can start picking.

Mine are silking and its turned from white to red. Now at which stage am I
supposed to pick them for eating? Sorry if these are basic questions but I'm
