Jessica, sounds like you've made some careful plans and should have great
success. After a few more years of producing your own food you should
recognize some of your best friends in the garden are bees, snakes and
spiders. It even helps to make convenient homes for wild honey bees and
for the world's champion pollinator the Bumble bee. The best of luck to
you and your family. Now you can start making plans to preserve what you
don't eat fresh.
