Re: cold-weather veggies


Well, there is beets, parsnips, turnips, celery, the rest of the 
brassicas(broccoli, brussel sprouts, cauliflower), lettuce, kale, and 
potatoes (floating row covers if you have frost til July in Zone 6?)
