LOL sounds like sun burn..As long as the peppers are at least as big as
a thumb you can use them..They won't turn green igf they are purple, this
may be a lack of enough phosphorus in your soil or sun burn..
either case you can use as is. If you steam them slightly and clean them
and fill them with Jack cheese, then dip the in egg and batter and deep
fry them you will have poppers..My kid and i's fav..LOL
