First off, I can't believe you're unsubscribing because someone's e-mail had
a virus attached. It happens, and usually the offender has no idea he's got
a virus. I didn't get the e-mail you're referring to - are you sure it came
from here? If you do decide to unsub, Nesa, we will miss you.
Anyhow, here's how to do it:
Unsubscribe From Every message POST by sending an email message with the
word "unsubscribe" in the subject line (without quotes) to:
veggie-list-request@eskimo.com
