Probably too late for this year, but I read just a short while ago that blue
is the
only color that bees can see (other than blak and white). Maybe some Texas
bluebells
 next year?

I live near a commercial avocado orchard that has hives and many of the bees
visit my yard. They seem to especially like things in the mint family. They
love my blooming oregano and rosemary. They also seem to like to visit my
small pond perhaps because it is so dry here now. And luckily they are also
visiting my cucurbits.

Janet.
