Your 'curry-plant' is likely coriander. It grows 2-3 feet, is feathery,
looks like parsley at first, nad ends up with little white flowers (OK,
probably dozens of herbs have small white flowers) I grow coriander, too,
and it does smell exactly like curry, because it's the main component of
typical grocery store 'curry powder'. Coriander is great used fresh in
salads, esp combo cereal and veg salads ie. rice and tomatoes and cucumber,
or barley and corn and peppers.
Your garden sounds fascinating; I'd love to see a loofa plant....they're
great in the tub. How long do they take to dry?
