ot to be a killjoy in any way, but a little more self- discipline
wouldn't be a bad thing.
Just before you send your message, stop and have a look at it.
Ask yourself these questions:-
1)Have I dropped any whoppers when I typed it, spelling mistakes or
wrong words so that my meaning is lost.
2) do I need to send so much of the original message/message copies,
bearing in mind that nearly everybody will have received most of it
already, if not they can read it in the archives.
3) do I really want every subscriber to read it, and for it to go into
the archives, or is it only of concern to one person.
If you are happy, then go ahead and send it, we'll all forgive any
little mistakes, but at least you have shown concern for everybody.
