Fungus got my cucumber

Hi, I've had some probs with fungus lately.It started with my basella rubra(which died), spread to my eggplant( appears to be not too bad a case, plant is still ok) and finally my lemon  cuke which died(it broke my heart as it was in flower) while I was away.Some of my other plants have got it too.We're having lots of rain(in Singapore) so that could be a reason.How do I treat infected plants and is there a way to prevent it?Thanks in advance guys(and gals).
