With the addition of adaquate grow lights many
vegetables will do just fine indoors. There are some
issues to keep cognizant of including humidity, air
movement and blocking out night light.
I have enjoyed great success with indoor plants but it
does take planning.
My favorite and but most challenging was a son that I
raised as a couch potato.
If your are familiar with hydroponics many of the
environmental concepts apply just fine.
