Re: Curling Tomato Leaves

Nesa,

Same here, I have had tomatoes curl, yet still produce wonderful tomatoes
because of water stress. My reason is because of the different kinds of soil
in my garden patch. Some is somewhat sandy and other spots are all clay.
Since I used the same amount of drippers on all plants some got water
stressed. If you are using drip lines you have three choices (my guess):
1- Add more drippers to the ones that are curling
2- Try to make sure that the soil is the same (subsoil also) for the curling
ones and the non curling ones, by adding sand to loosen up some of the more
clay like soil
3- If they produce just leave them as they are and usually tomatoes produce
better under stress.
