Pat,
The inoculant isn't 100% necessary. You can grow them as you would a
non-legume but just make sure the fertility is high. Beans do use quite a
bit of nitrogen if they're not fixing it themselves. I doubt very much the
Rhizobia for soybean will be found in your soil but you never know. But,
like I said, it's not necessary to grow soybeans.

listed under bush beans
I'm surprised you can't find them in the Territorial catalogue . Now I have
to go find mine & see what happened.
