I've heard a lot about Sungold's sweetness, but haven't grown them or eaten
them myself. A possible candidate for a parent is Isis Candy, yellow-gold
cherry tomatoes with red marbling. It's hard to tell when they're really
ripe, but when you taste a ripe one, it's just great. Tomato Growers Supply
Co. carries this variety and says the Isis Candy plants are productive, but
they weren't very productive for me. Nothing like Sweet 100s or Gardeners
Delight, for example. Margaret L
