I'm not sure how to take this question, if it's not vegetable would it be
animal or mineral <g>? I'll assume you mean what non-traditional plants are
being grown as edibles. I am putting in a goldfish pond this year, and I
intend to try to grow watercress in the edges. I'm really doing it more to
have plants in the pond than for the harvest, but I hope to eat some of it.
Has anyone on the list ever tried this, and do you have any suggestions?
