For cheap plant labels, I use cut up white mini blinds ( I got the idea from
another plant list last year). I use tin snips for the right length. For very
small planting cells, I first cut them up the center to be narrow. YOu can
find mini blinds at garage sales for not much $, and they will make many
metal labels -- enough for years -- that can be reused. Mark them with a
pencil and for re-use, just erase the lettering.
