Hello,
Shallots are a very delicate tasting allium (onion family name) they do
well when you need a hint of onion flavor. Scallions usually are used as
a chopped green onion type food sort of like a big brother to the chives
we place in sour cream (c:
Multiplier onions are just like the big yellow onion you find at the
grocer though slightly smaller. You use it as you would any other onion.
