Good Morning all,
Have you ever noticed Just how beautiful a sunlit snow is?
Just now as I went out into the cold to fill my bird feeders.
I was grumbling at how often I have had to fill them, when out of the
corner of my eye I caught a glimpse of the purest red. I turned and there
sitting in the snow were several male cardinals.
They looked just like living heart throbs so brilliant was their color.
I looked up into the trees surrounding my yard and although they looked
dead and barren they were alive with birds singing into the newly risen
sun.
How humbling.
I stood in awe of all this beauty and turned, walked back into my nice
toasty warm home, and found myself thankful for all i have. Smitty
