Jayesh,
I looked at some of my reference materials and lady bugs really aren't
recommended for controlling white fly. Most articles said to just spray
the plant with mild soap and water (dish soap or Murphy's oil soap).
Also make sure the plants are not too crowded so they get proper air
circulation.
Too much chemical use actually weakens plant eco-systems so you will
probably want to stay away from that approach for a while.
