Tomatoes not fruiting

Hi guys, my garden is still doing fine in Singapore.Bittermelon(spindle variety ) is fruiting well, wild eggplant too but my toms though doing well and flowering have only produced one fruit(4 plants, 3 in 5 gallon pots each and 1 on the ground).cant be a pollination problem as my bittermelon is next to it and the bees as well as butterflies are doing their job there.Any ideas?By the way, how soon do you guys start planting again?
