To Frank Davis and Carla Carter,
I have been a veggie-list member for a year now, mainly a
lurker, and what you have to understand is that there are
veggie-list memebers, then there are VEGGIE-LIST MEMBERS! After
you read the list for awhile you will learn that there are
only a very few (professional-type) gardeners that post
continually, and they are very good, but way over my head in
information. That is good, because I have learned alot of good
info, but learned early on that they do not tolerate much either
side of pure-veggie gardening. I gathered early on that this
is an International list, and people do not like to sift
thru anything but veggie info. I did get in and find out where
eveyone was from, that interested me, I have a map on the wall
and keep track of areas, but then I went back to mainly
lurking, because it can get a little intimidating. Hang in
there, just because you do not hear from all of us, does not
mean we are not there and reading your posts.
I cannot talk much about gardening now, because I have been
snowed in for the last 4 days. I do look a gardening
magazines and seed catalogs, but that is about all for now.
Maybe that will be enough gardening for this post!

PS-Wait until we hear from Stan the Lazy Gardener, he does add
some much needed humor to the list.
