After several nights of temperatures in the mid teens, our rosemary is
looking brown and dried. It was heavily mulched and covered with hay
during the cold nights. I think it froze anyway. Will it come back
from the roots? Do I need to cut it back, leave it alone or pull it
out and start over? Anyone had this experience. Thank you for your
