When we were in CT and MA, we grew Boston Bibb Lettuce under lights in our
basement every winter. Use a planting flat and spread out the cells to
allow them to spread. If you are into leaf lettuce, it is even easier. If
you start to get yellowing, use a diluted liquid fertilizer.
Now if we can get rid of these tornadoes, the 5 inches of rain, and 2 inch
hail last night, it would be nice to get the garden tilled.
