Howdy!
Question 1: Is zucchini seed edible? If so, what's the best way to
prepare it? I actually prefer zucchini as a winter squash (the variety
I'm using is called "Black Zucchini"), and so I have lots of seed and
hate to throw most of it away.
Question 2: I have a few patches of parsnip that I grew last summer and
which are now under about two feet of snow. Will they still be edible
when the ground thaws? I know that some people harvest parsnip
throughout the winter, but that's not practical in my case.
Thanks!
Rick
