My Mom has been spraying her peppers with a solution of 1 tsp of epsom
salts to a quart of water.
She says a very old Italion gentleman taught her to do that.
She says that it makes the peppers big and thick walled.
Her peppers are always big enough for stuffed peppers so it must be true
