Hi everyone,
For the first time I'm growing a small melon called Delta, an F1 hybrid.
I am wondering how to know when the melon is ready to be harvested. My only
experience is with cantaloupe, which is quite different.
This one has a hard exterior, pale green with darker green striped from end
to end. I have a couple which have reached their full size, but I'm not
sure how to know when they are fully ripe. An internet search has turned up
nothing so far on this melon.
