It's excellent to slice into any recipe that steams light meats, fish or
veggies (especially white or yellow) that garlic is a bit too heavy
for. I haven't tried to grow it, but, what a good idea. I always pick
a head up when I purchase fresh vegetables as, I think it's much better
as fresh as possible. "r"
