Very well then:  you buy kosher salt, because it's crystals are much larger
than the other; then you go out with a small amount of it, and sprinkle
several grains on the slugs; you will see immediate and fatal results;

I used to do this regularly, but then I began having dreams in which I died
and the slug-god held me accountable; luckily, there haven't been too many
slugs in my garden for the last few years.
