I agree. I have long felt the same way. Although I realize there are
variations in conditions within a given zone or geographic area -- heaven
knows, the conditions here in Maryland can vary wildly from summer to
summer -- it is helpful to know what part of the world is being discussed.
I will still, though, continue to experiment with things that "aren't
supposed to work" here, because sometimes they do.
