How do you plan on using the peppers?? The hot ones I dry and use for
cooking and making flavored vinegar. If you want to get fancy, use a needle
and strong thread and string them together by the stems. Hang it up in the
kitchen to dry, and add more peppers as they ripen. Then you can show them
off to your friends.

I planted a chili pepper called a Red Hot Chili Pepper. I have a nice bushy
little plant with a ton of little green peppers....a few starting to turn
red. I have two questions. 1) If I pick the peppers green, will they be
more mild? 2) Any suggestions for preserving?
