I haven't succeeded with cauliflower yet but the tips that I have
gathered are:-
Never give it any check to growth, so start it off individually in pots,
keep watered regularly and plant out in good time. A rich soil or
regular feeding is required, plant firmly, never let the roots dry out.
To get white curds this depends on protection, some folks bend a leaf
over the top, some types protect themselves, some varietits tou tip the
whole plant to the north. Do go through the catalogue and select the
most appropriate seed at the start.
