If you have access to stain-glass supplies, there is a very thin copper tape
used for copper-foil stain glass technique. It is about 1/4 inch wide and has
an adhesive on the back. I have thought of using this around the edge of the
benches on which I grow my seedlings, aka the snail salad bar. I have tried
covering them with fine netting, but the little suckers ate right through the
netting leaving leaves with numerous little holes. Escargot anyone? I doubt
this tape would work on the ground tho.
