I'd agree with the idea of an electric fence, they are easy to set up and
are really about the only deterrent that I've ever found to be reliable for
rabbits, groundhogs, and other critters--even squirrels, tho that took some
finagling. Dad used to lose most of his sweetcorn every year to raccoons and
groundhogs...when he finally did the electric fence thing he wound up with
more than he knew what to do with :)
