Hi
In the UK (south) planted Borage because
we stayed in a holiday cottage of that name about 10 -15 years ago, since then
have been pulling out self sown borages which seem to grow like trifids, never
checked about the aphids but as a plant pretty floppy , unattractive (to humans)
and as a herb horrible in a drink as suggested.
So go ahead try it!
