HI, I have always used tagetes or french marigolds as not only do they look nice but help reduce the incidence of whitefly particularly if your toms are grown under cover. Jim (UK South)

Ok, so I checked out borage and decided I don't want to plant because of the size at maturity.  How about nasturtium?  German Chamomile (annual type)?  Basil?

Last year, I was looking at my tomato patch and decided I had too much open ground; something needed to be planted between my cages.

Anyone willing to share their experience using any of the above mentioned plants?
