Re: a new member

hi monica,

welcome to the list. it has been so quiet here all winter. neat to see
that things are warming up and planting has begun. i have my pop-up
greenhouse up now and am going to start some seeds soon. need to clear
out the garden space and get planting as our weather here in seattle has
been balmy. raining again today and will for the rest of the week, but
it isn't really cold out there anymore.

my patch already has some lettuce, carrots, cabbage, and broccoli out
there that are carryovers from last year. i also have onions and garlic
coming up. i am going to be adding spinach and radishes to that as soon
as i can. as the season progresses, i will get in bush beans, summer
squashes, tomatoes (can't beat a vine ripened tomato), peppers, potatoes
and probably a winter squash if i have the room.

happy planning, preparing and growing,
cindi
