I buried mine in about an inch of dirt and 4 - 6 inches of mulch. The are
just showing up above the mulch. How high should I let them get before I
bury them again? (My first time to try this so any advice is welcome. In
the past I've just grown them in dirt but have been inspired by this list
to try to boost productivity by piling on mulch and letting them grow in
it.)
