Who needs vitamin supplements when there are vegetables like broccolini around? A cross between broccoli and Chinese kale, it's being touted as a delicious alternative to the more fibrous broccoli - and it's caught on with famous taste-trend setters out here in California. A good source of vitamins A and C, it sounds worth a try!
