Am doing mostly container/raised bed/square foot gardening and need to
know
how big or TALL these varieties get so I know which to plant where. Most
are
heirlooms I'm growing for the first time, only a few are hybrids. I've
done
over 350 various plants in about 100-120 square feet in the past:
http://server3001.freeyellow.com/bowtiesupply/img/garden/__2000.htm but
have
added a couple more beds to add the following:
TOMATOES:
ANNA RUSSIAN
BOX CAR WILLIE
CASPIAN PINK
COUSTRALEE
DRUZBA
EVA'S PURPLE BALL
GERMAN RED STRAWBERRY
GIANTISSIMO OXHEART
MATT'S WILD CHERRY
MINI PEARLS
MOSKVICH
MOUNTAIN PRINCESS
MULE TEAM
OLD BROOKS
OPALKA
POLISH GIANT
QUARTER CENTURY
RIO GRANDE
SOLDACKI
SPOON
STUPICE
SWEET CLUSTER
PEPPERS:
APPLE
BULGARIAN CARROT CHILE
CAL WONDER
CHOCOLATE BEAUTY
NEW ACE
PEPPERONCINO
PETER PEPPER
PURPLE BEAUTY
TRI-FETTI
I need to know how tall they get or how big/bushy they get--I already
know
pretty much which are determinate & indeterminate, but I hate for
example to
stick a shorter indeterminate behind (North of) a taller indeterminate,
etc.
I am planting other varieties I already have some experience with but
the
ones listed are mostly new to me this year, other than what I've read of
descriptions.
Maybe someone can put down heights or number them from smallest to
largest
or something. If e-mailing, use korney19 AT adelphia DOT net.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. Mark
