First.
This "reply" thing was getting a little too long so I cut it out
completely.
I guess anyone going to the trouble of reading this thread knows what
has been said already.
I called Miracle Gro at 1-800-426-8419 to see what they had to
say about using regular Miracle Gro with the soaker hoses or drip
system. They said that regular Miracle Gro is not 100% water soluble
and will eventually clog the hoses or drip system. The special formula
for the in line feeder is 100% water soluble.
I don't know if that is true or just hype to get you to buy the more
expensive
product. I am afraid to try it and find out.
Hey, this is right up my alley. An experiment. I think that I
might try
hooking up a short piece of soaker hose to my in line feeder and run
regular Miracle Gro through it to see how long it takes to clog, if ever.
I will let you know the results if I ever get the energy to do this.
