Wow, no snow! We've had 2+ inches of rain in the last 24 hours in
Berkeley, CA--we dug a major drainage trench so this is the first year the
garden and backyard are not flooded. Hurray!
My garlic is coming up quicker than I expected. Bob, you should make sure
you've got a good solid layer of mulch (straw) on your garlic to keep it
from heaving.
